Master Your Stress
4 week series

In this 4 week class we will discover how to be the master of your stress. Stress is a natural part of our lives but often it can take over. During these 4 weeks we will explore the reasons we get stresses and how to become the master of our stress.
We will meet in person on Tuesdays from 6-7pm. Each week we will dive into a new topic to master our stress.
Week 1 we will uncover what our stresses are. Diving deep to uncover the hidden stressors.
Week 2 we will look at how what we are putting in our bodies effect our stress and how we can change that.
Week 3 we will master stress relief techniques. These will be used for occasional stress as well as long term stress relief.
Week 4 we will learn how to plan for success. Becoming the master of our schedule to set us up for success.
In addition to the in person classes there will be an online support group, handouts, videos and motivational emails.
